Stunt master Nick Gillard notes in a commentary that Anakin’s style of fighting is really far too aggressive. This is another contrast to the open, compassionate boy he once was on Tatooine. In “The Wisdom of Insecurity”, Watts notes this common problem, as he is not unlike “the sensitive boy who learns in school to encrust himself for life in the shell of the ‘tough guy’ attitude.” It would be difficult to find a more extreme example of the archetypal tough guy than Darth Vader.

You know you had a Catholic upbringing when somebody says “May the force be with you” and your instant reaction is to reply with “And also with you”.

Lift up your lightsabers.

We lift them up to the lord.

It is right to give the Force thanks and praise.

(Blog for which Anakin? Sith Anakin or Good Anakin?)

this blog is like, 98% good anakin, but i’m most certainly not opposed
to playing sith anakin because angst and also character development for the
worst are my favorite things to write. insert masochistic laugh.

but yes, by default–i do play good anakin! … with a couple of streaks of mischief in
him because i’m used to playing morally gray characters and outright villains tbh. 8)

While I’m 99.9% sure you’re all just lost, I’m not going to point you in the right direction ——— I’m so thankful for your presence, your continued support, your kind words towards my portrayal of Han, and my writing in general… and this has truly been one muse, that has been worth all of those failed attempts and bouts of problems I’ve sustained in the roleplay community, prior to this. I adore every last one of you, and the positivity that has amounted, has been far beyond my expectations.

But without getting further into this gushy talk, I’m going to continue on with the main concept of this: appreciation for those who have been me on this journey thus far, and this will be long enough as it is, so I won’t ramble on anymore

You’re all lovely, however, and you all have truly given me a reason to smile every day. THANK YOU. Here’s to many more future opportunities, for me to go on about how much I love you guys, and how fantastic you all really are. This is in no particular order after the first section, and I apologize in advance for anybody that is forgotten. I tried my hardest to remember everyone, but it’s too early for this, and I’m sure my mind blanked.  This is also cut for length.
